Rare 1935 - 37 National Triolian Resonator. Nearly all original, but for a couple replacement screws, no repairs, includes original case. The finish shows the wear of an 88`year old guitar. This era of National's have a Steel body painted with mahogany finish that usually chips off over time, giving the guitar a beautiful rustic look today. Most of the 30's Nationals that are still available have been repainted and look inauthentic. So if you are looking for an original, legendary, period piece that plays great, you will love this. This is the "Round Neck" version and plays with loud resonator amplification. The guitar was set up recently by NYC's best Master Luthier at 30th Street Guitar. Original case is included. We ship from NYC with double boxing and padding.
