This GRG121 has a really cool figured body!
When I first purchased it - the pickups didn’t make much sound at all without cracking your amp. It turned out to be a wiring issue with the tone pot. I’ve removed the original pickups and installed Seymour Dunans. Most of the original stuff is inside the case.
PLEASE NOTE - only the bridge pickup and volume pot are currently wired in. You’ll likely want to “finish” the job correctly. The Duncans are DDL and SH-4 models
I hand polished the top into a semi-gloss, polished the frets and conditioned the fretboard too as well as got it a nice Cort Hardshell case
Condition wise - it was a small, local store floor model before I bought it and cleaned it up. It has some mild wear but nothing that I saw being excessive
Set it up to your liking and enjoy! You can certainly find a cheaper GRG121... but I doubt you see one with this cool of a body again
