Needs restoration or painted blue and hung on the wall. It is missing a ton of finish but doesn't have that many dents. The valves aren't right, two of them turn and the one missing the cap for the lubricant spot is stuck. I'm not 100% sure how the keys are supposed to work, I think it needs another set of strings but Band & Orchestra instruments are not my forte. Selling As-Is. It includes a pretty nice case.
