Rust is a single playback fuzz where the delayed max length is half a sec but is pushed through a filter that changes the overall character from filtered metallic havoc to a wall of fuzzed-octave sound. And of course, the momentary switch, the bread and butter of both Dust and Rust, will hold note/sound played and have playback repeatedly until released.
Also, Rust is the sibling pedal to Dust.
Mask Audio Electronics described it best by categorizing it as an “unhinged delay” fuzz.
You may ask "Why does my Rust look different from all the rest". The answer is that each Rust is it's own variant of acid etching.
