This is a fascinating late-1973 factory stock transitional variant, built right as Electro-Harmonix was shifting from the "47" circuit toward the "Violet" era. It features the legendary 47 foundation: the NVF circuit board, the iconic jumbo TRW "bottle green" ceramic disc capacitors, and most importantly, the highly coveted original FS36999 transistors which give this specific era its magical, creamy gain structure.

For the circuit purists, you will notice the 100% factory-original orange axial electrolytic capacitor neatly factory-soldered on the trace side of the NVF 3003 board. This back-side power filtering layout is a textbook example of Electro-Harmonix’s famous, quirky mid-70s Manhattan factory assembly methods. It remains entirely untouched with pristine, undisturbed period solder joints.
