The Martin D-45 Modern Deluxe reimagines the legendary dreadnought with a perfect balance of tradition and innovation. Its solid spruce top features Martin’s Vintage Tone System -VTS-, a torrefaction process that delivers the rich, open sound of a well-aged guitar. Paired with East Indian rosewood back and sides, a dovetail neck joint, and the elegant touches of European flamed maple binding, gold frets, and a vintage-style headstock logo, this D-45 radiates both visual and tonal sophistication.
Blending Martin’s timeless craftsmanship with cutting-edge refinements, the D-45 Modern Deluxe includes a steel truss rod, Liquid Metal bridge pins, and a carbon fiber bridge plate for increased volume and sustain without added weight. Its Vintage Deluxe neck shape offers unmatched comfort, while the hand-applied vintage gloss finish gives it the warmth of a treasured heirloom. The result is a masterpiece that captures the golden-era Martin sound—elevated for the modern player.
