Here is a vintage JB Player neck in good used condition. There is some nice flame in the maple as you can see. The neck holes will line up with Fender spec bodies. The frets are wide and flat and the radius is 12. I measure .083 at the first fret so the shape is similar to modern C. There is some fret wear but overall the neck is in great shape and is ready to be bolted on and played.
