Sigma Guitars are Martin designs made in Asia for Martin, then shipped to Martin for final setup and inspection. As such, they are among the best of the non-premium-level brands like Ibanez, Aria, Epiphone, Takamine and others. She sounds amazing, deep and full.
This model, the DM-4 was the next-to-top-of-the-line model of the DM series (DM1, DM2, DM3, DM4 and DM5). It features a solid spruce top, mahogany back & sides, arrow-straight mahogany neck and rosewood fretboard & bridge. Closed-back tuners that hold tune and have new phosphor-bronze light strings. Minor scratches, scuffs and bumps present but no cracks, gouges, loose braces, or past repairs of any kind. Very little fret or fretboard wear.
