This is a GREY telephone modified to work as a lo-fidelity dynamic microphone with a unique sound. Inside there is a electret capsule that creates a vintage sound.
No power is needed. Microphone element is in the earpiece.
* Use as a trashy room mic for drums
* Hook it up to a guitar amp for some distorted vocals
* Use it in the studio as an effect
* Vintage telephone sound, no plugin or EQ needed.
Modifications:
1. Filter/Tone Control Knob-filter cuts out high end frequency.
2. 1/4" Output Jack-connect to PA, DI, mixer, amplifier, etc.
3. Telephone/mic clip is included.
4. There is a power supply (battery) installed inside, do not forget to turn it off after use.
