Drop-in upgrade for Fender®/Squire® Jazz Bass style instruments. Hand-wired in the Carparelli shop (Canada) on a precision acrylic template for perfect spacing and an easy transfer to your control plate. Built with top-shelf components for smooth taper, vintage tone, and rock-solid reliability.

• 3 × STS 250k audio-taper pots for classic Jazz Bass response
• Vitamin Q Paper-in-Oil capacitor — 0.047µF (0.022µF available by request)
• Pure Tone Multi-Contact ¼" output jack for a tighter, noise-free connection
• 2 × Treble-Bleed networks (one on each volume) to keep highs when you roll down — or choose “No Treble Bleed”
• USA-made vintage push-back cloth wire (black/white)
• Acrylic wiring template included (keeps spacing true and doubles as a bench jig)
• Meticulously hand-wired & tested in Canada

Options (choose at checkout or message us)

• Cap value: 0.047µF (warmer/vintage J-Bass) or 0.022µF (a touch more clarity/open highs)
• Treble Bleeds: Yes (installed on both volumes) or No (vintage roll-off).
• • Default TB spec for single-coil J-Bass: ~150K Ohm 1/4 watt resistor .001uF capacitor in parallel (tuned for clarity without ice-pick highs).

Compatibility

• Designed for Fender-spec Jazz Bass control plates (V/V/T spacing).
• Most import plates are compatible; some may require 3/8" (9.5mm) pot holes.

Installation Notes

• Solder in your pickup hots and ground leads (bridge/body ground).
• We recommend rosin-core solder and a 25–40W iron.
• A wiring sketch can be provided on request. Every harness is continuity-tested before shipping.
