The Norman B20 Natural GT honors the classic dreadnought acoustic player with features that are of the utmost quality and tradition. It possesses a Canadian Wild Cherry Body with a Solid Sitka Spruce Gloss Top for a loud yet well balanced sound. The neck is made of Silver Leaf Maple with a Rosewood Fretboard for easy playability. The guitar includes quality Graphtech saddle and nut components and a resilient Rosewood Bridge. Plug in your B20 to take advantage of the on-board Custom Godin QIT electronics, complete with Integrated Tuner, to unleash the acoustic qualities of the guitar into the next stratosphere! [4] All instruments are inspected and set up before shipping, therefore all boxes could be opened. We may also ship in a different box if we judge it is more secure to use a better packaging. If an instrument needs a setup at destination, there are the sole buyer responsibilities as the instrument has been verified and set up before shipping.

[5] There is NO return for international transactions and overseas shipping. Our return policy does not apply to International transactions, only to the Canadian market. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to verify if the manufacturer will accept the warranty for an international transaction, otherwise they will be considered as used.

[6] If an item arrives Damaged, please send us pictures of the external box and damage within the first 24 hours. Failure to do so will automatically void the insurance with the carrier. Keep the box until further notice and wait for our instructions for the next step. Having an instrument setup by yourself or a non-certified technician could void the warranty and insurance on shipping.
