Here's a great vintage Sylvania Gold Brand that has been fully tested. The 5751 is an industrial variant of the 12AX7 with slightly lower gain. The sylvania Gold Brand is the rarest and best 5751 ever produced. Many blues and roots guitar players prefer 5751 to 12AX7s in the first stage of Fender amps. They change the overall breakup of the amp in a way that some players like when the amp is cranked up.
