Here is a super sweet pair of 16" K. Zildjian Istanbul Intermediate stamp cymbals. The top is 1107 and bottom is 1292g. They are a perfect fit as hats, both the same size and great ratio between them.
The top cymbal has 4 rivet holes and one of the best bell hole repairs I have ever seen. Since it has sustained some bell hole cracks, somebody seems to have screwed in, welded, and hammered a bronze washer into the underside of the bell. At the end of the sound file, I play both of these cymbals as crashes/rides. If you want to know how great this repair is, just check out how open and beautiful this cymbal sounds as a crash ride. I have used this cymbal as both a top and bottom hi hat and a crash with no change to the repair.
The bottom cymbal has a rich brown patina, high profile, stiffer feel, and big, beautifully hammered bell.
