Very Good condition, 7,5/10, Made in USA, including non-original softshell case but it is the case that came with the guitar when the previous owner bought it in 1980, the weight is 2,57kg / 5,66lbs, very nice and light and resonant guitar, the original finish has no overspray and has faded a bit from the original cherry but still retains some red in the pores on the front, much more red color on the back, some marks in the finish on the back of the neck, original Kluson 3-on-a-strip tuners, original pickguard which lights up in a nice yellow glow under the blacklight (proving the age of the plastic), 3 small screw holes in the top from a removed Tremotone tremolo (the square type which was an option in this era), correct wraparound tailpiece with missing hex screws, earlier 50´s type black bonnet knobs but possibly original to the guitar, the original pots (1346126, so 26th week of 1961, and 1346120, so 20th week of 1961) and output jack are still in the guitar but the typical 2-strand braided wire to the output jack has for some reason been replaced with a white plastic cable and a new ground cable, otherwise all original electronics, see blacklight pics which show traces of removed stickers (4 round dots on the back of the neck heel and on the headstock) and a great yellow sheen which is typical for this type of old finish
