This build pairs CTS 500K long-shaft volumes with push/pull tone pots so you can split each humbucker on demand—fat LP punch to single-coil sparkle in a click. Emerson 0.022µF capacitors deliver a smooth, musical tone sweep. Every harness is cleanly soldered, neatly dressed, and tested before it leaves our bench.

• 2 × 500K Push/Pull Tone Pots (individual coil-splits)

• Cloth wire & heat-shrink where appropriate

Fit & Requirements

• For carved-top LPs requiring long-shaft pots; 3/8" (≈9.5mm) holes
• Coil-split function requires 4-conductor humbuckers
• CTS shafts are 24-spline (US-spec knobs recommended)
• Some Epiphone/metric guitars may require light reaming and US-spec knobs
