Vintage Celestion G12P-80 12" Guitar Speaker - Made in England
This listing is for one (1) speaker
We have two. Please let us know if you want both.
Description: 12" Celestion G12P-80 removed from a Line 6 Flextone 2x12 combo, which is a very good sounding solid state amp. We attribute a large part of the sweet tone to these speakers. Celestion also made these speakers with a black and white Celestion label. They are rated at 80 Watts and sound really good.
Made in England: This speaker is from the late 1990's and is made in England. The new G12P’s are no longer made in England. Celestion moved production to China around 2001 to save money. The originals say “Celestion, Ipswich, England”, while the new ones just say “Celestion International.”
Sound: We moved them to a 2x12 all tube combo and they sounded amazing!
Age: From the late 1990's.
Condition: Excellent condition. Tested and sounds wonderful. Lightly used and stored in a dust free and climate controlled environment

Dr. T's Tone Factory & Del Mar Lutherie: The fine print...
Condition: Our used parts have been tested and verified to work as they should. Used and vintage items will show signs of use. Please look at the photos. We rate the item’s condition using guidelines outlined by Reverb. Please refer to that section of Reverb to better understand what each condition means. If you want a cosmetically "perfect" item, we recommend that you buy new in a factory sealed package. None of our used items will be cosmetically "perfect".
Specs: We list specs as a courtesy. Some specs are measured by our techs. Others are taken from manufacturer's data. Manufacturers change specs all the time, and their listed specs may not be 100% accurate. The item you will get is the one shown in the photos. If there are any "deal breaker" specs that you must have, please let us know so we can double check for you before your purchase.
Videos: We often include links to YouTube videos to provide our clients with more information. These videos will be of a similar make and model which is representative of the item in our listing.
Shipping: Includes ground shipping within the continental USA with insurance. Cost includes packaging materials and our time to pack up and drop off with the shipper. We generally ship guitars and amps via UPS and smaller items via USPS. We are a Reverb Fast Shipper and most of the time we can get small items out within one business day, but sometimes it can take a little longer, depending on our workload and other circumstances. Please note that USPS closes early on Saturdays and is closed Sundays and holidays, so if you order a small item on a Friday, it will not ship until the following Monday. If you're in a hurry, please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate you, or at least we can advise you of the estimated wait, so you can decide if you need to make other arrangements.
Damage Claims: Although rare, sometimes items are damaged during shipping. If you receive an item that is damaged, please let us know immediately so we can open a claim.
Returns and Canceled Orders: We are a small business and can’t afford to offer free returns like the big guys. There is a lot of time, effort and cost involved with processing your order, pulling your item from inventory, preparing, packing and shipping it. Please make sure you want the item before you agree to buy. If we agree to a return or to cancel your order, you will be responsible for all incurred shipping costs (both ways) and a restocking fee to cover our time.
About us: We are a small shop in San Diego County, California. We are part of the Southern California guitar community (Fender, Taylor, Carvin). We build custom electric guitars and hand-wired tube amps and do mods and setups. We also buy, sell and trade vintage and used instruments. Our owner is a guitar enthusiast, wood worker and professional engineer. We've been doing this type of work since 1999 and have over a thousand happy customers. We are a Reverb Preferred Seller and our approval rating is 99.9%.
Best wishes and happy strumming!
