Absolutely incredible vintage synthesizer with 32 voices, 24 track sequencer with up to 20 finished songs (each track can be from the sd1, any midi instrument on any channel, or both at the same time), great built in effects, 11 stage envelope generators, multiple layers per patch, etc. It’s kind of like a massive multi timbral workstation version of the Roland JD800 and is from the same year. PLUS this one has had the floppy drive replaced with a usb floppy emulator so you have infinite storage on usb thumb drives for sequences and sounds. It also has a custom made cartridge that holds several hundred presets. Light scuffs but everything works great. Once in a while the screen might have a couple pixels missing. It's always done that and never been a problem. The little white things are labels I have on it about my midi drum machine mapping but they will easily come off without any sticker residue. Not going to let this one go to any low-baller. I live in Black Earth but can bring it to Middleton or Mt Horeb or something if that's easier. Here is a video I did about the SD1. This is the actual unit you are buying.
