Original Ibanez RG565 1991-92. very rare guitar and seldom seen on here. I am the original owner and it has played some beautiful music, but I am "thinning the herd". I replaced the original pickups with EMG SA single coil and EMG 89 with push/pull poll for single/humbucker option early in the guitar's history. It has a PA2 preamp booster switch as well. The floyd rose was replaced with a floyd rose original as well. I do not have the original pickups and tremolo (wish I did!). Guitar has some small chips as seen in pics. Guitar has typical wear that a 1991-92 guitar would have but a lot of life left in it. The neck is fast! needs a set up and truss rod adjustment as these 90's Ibanez necks were very thin. I priced this with that maintenance in mind. I took as detailed of pictures that I could to show the neck at several angles to show its condition. It plays unbelievable and there is no fret buzz or any impediment to the guitar's playability. It has early model EMG's which tend to have an occasional signal cutoff (rarely) when first plugged in, but again a good set up will fix this as its most likely some dust in the pots. Never had a case for this, so there's a soft case from a Gibson that I used which it will be sent in. For any collectors that critique the mods and complain about the original parts, please don't waste my time. This guitar screams and it's meant to be played, not displayed on a wall as artwork. I've seen these on here with ridiculous price tags that are overinflated, so this is a very good, fair deal.
