Priced right to sell quickly, the Prophet 10 is literally TWO Prophet 5's in one synth with extra abilities such as layering, bi-timbrallity, alternating notes between upper and lower voices etc.

This rarely seen monster analog synth is by far one of the fattest and nicest vintage synthesizers. The Prophet 10 is simply two glorious Prophet 5 synthesizers stacked together. That gives 10 voices with 20 of Sequential's unique analog VCO oscillators at 2 per voice for a big fat analog dream! 

20 oscillators (2 per voice), 10 voices, 2 independent 61 note keyboards and all the great sounds and editing facilities as the Prophet 5! Built in Auto-Tuning functions help make sure you won't go out of tune.
Multiple keyboard modes allow for true flexibility for different performance / voicing needs! The Prophet 10 is a truly fat and classic analog instrument. Used throughout the 1980's and on into the 90's by
Tangerine dream, The Orb, The Who, the Pet Shop Boys, Vangelis, Genesis, the Human League, filmmaker/composer John Carpenter and more.

This synth has been fully serviced, recapped including the tantalum caps, restored and has Wine Country Sequential's MIDI added! Even the front panel nameplate is in perfect condition which is rare on these. It is serial number 408 making it the 3rd from the last of these made. The sequencer works as it should too, although I never really used it but I have played around with it.
I do not know if the micro-cassette tape drive works, I dont have any tapes and have never tried it.
The synth will be well packed and shipped in a new custom made road case, It can also be picked up in San Antonio, TX. I am also willing to deliver it personally up to 550 miles from San Antonio, TX 78216.

This includes the original single manual Prophet-10, which had an extremely limited production run.

No dual manual Prophet 10's were ever factory made with SSM filters, there have been rumors and mis-information on the internet for decades about this however Dave Smith himself has directly stated that no dual manual P10's were ever factory made with SSM filters. This is also stated in the interview by Dave Smith himself is an interview Syntaur did with him in the very recent Synth Wizards Episode 14 "Dave, Dave, and the Prophets", just search YouTube for it and scroll to 18:00.
There is a kit available from Analoge Renaissance known as the REV-1 kit which, when added to a Prophet 5 or Prophet 10 gives it the sound of the highly-coveted Prophet 5 Rev 2. It also adds a 2-pole/4-pole switch for the filter, and a 3-position 'Q Compensation' switch to add back in low frequencies that are typically lost with high resonance sounds. This kit is available from Syntaur.
The Prophet 10 I have for sale here does not have the rev-1 kit.
