MC2-STD/M (Momose)
The momose brand is the pride of Divisor, a famous Japanese high-end guitar/bass company. The MC2-STD/M is the ultimate gem, made from carefully selected woods and processed by skilled craftsmen to match the woods to maximize the potential of the woods. The sound is of course excellent, with a wide range of response to picking nuance, and the sound can reflect the player's full expressive power, from delicate to hard playing. The sound of the vintage style is inherited, but has evolved to a new level.
While the orthodox plate joint is adopted to maintain the traditional sound characteristics, the plate section is dropped in for improved playability.
The uniquely shaped headstock has an adjustment hole for smooth neck adjustment. The shape has been made wider for easier adjustment.
The side of the fingerboard has wood binding made of the same material as the fingerboard. This makes the fingerboard side very smooth and prevents fret “burring” problems.
Controls are center and rear tone.
