(USED) This Hawaii-made Goodall KGC is their interpretation of the Orchestra Model shape, with similar bout proportions but about 1/2" deeper overall.  At 4 1/2" at the tail it doesn't quite reach dreadnought depth, but it definitely rings a little thicker than the average OM.  This isn't surprising, as Goodall guitars have long been legendary for their lush overtones.  This one has a clear and balanced sound, definitely on the sweet side with just a hint of jangle.

Sitka spruce top, koa back and sides (not highly figured but not exactly plain) and mahogany neck with 1 23/32" nut width and 2 1/8" string spacing at the saddle.  The neck profile we would describe as a modern low oval, measuring .848" at the first fret and .862" at the ninth.  Long 25 1/2" scale.  For appointments, it has maple bindings, curly koa purfling and a very pretty wide abalone rosette.  Fingerboard is ebony with large diamonds, bridge and pins are ebony as well.  The tuners are nickel Schallers.

Condition is very good overall but there are some things worth noting: there is a repaired headstock crack (tight, stable, pictured) likely from the guitar taking a spill at some point.  Cosmetically, there are some dings, pick swipes and finish checking all around the top.  Light fret wear under the unwound strings, mostly near the first position.  The action is low and fast.  Includes original hard case.
