Service notes:
-Replaced filter capacitors and all tantalum capacitors on +/- voltage rails
-Replaced tantalum capacitors on VCF module (4075)
-Disassembled all faders, cleaned and lubricated, replaced (5) damaged carbon strips
-Cleaned and calibrated

1/8" (6) CV inputs for- VCO1 FM, VCO1 PWM, VCO2 FM, VCO2 PWM, INPUT (mixer), VCF FREQ
