VINTAGE - This vintage 1956 Gibson Les Paul Junior Model Solid Body Electric Guitar Serial Number # 614528 was built at the original Gibson factory in Kalamazoo, Michigan. It has its original sunburst finish top, dark back and sides finish, mahogany body and neck with rosewood fingerboard. The pickup and electronics are all original. All plastic hardware and pickguard are original.
A set of later vintage Kluson Deluxe duo line tuners were installed. The nickel tailpiece and studs are original and the bridge is not leaning forward. The Allen screws for the stud tailpiece are rusted in place. There is a small fracture on the bass side of the nut that was repaired years ago. This 69 year old guitar was all played and worn but is a great example of a beautiful Les Paul Jr. guitar. It has great action, plays, feels looks and sounds AMAZING! The guitar includes an after market hardshell case.
