Andy Babiuk’s Fab Gear is a boutique guitar shop located in Rochester, NY, that specializes in guitars, amps and associated musical equipment. Fab Gear sells new and vintage equipment from the top manufacturers in the industry, from iconic brands like Rickenbacker, Fender, Gretsch, Martin, Gibson, Epiphone, Vox, Marshall, Duesenberg, D'Angelico, Hiwatt, Danelectro and Magnatone… to name a few.
Fab Gear is owned and operated by musician, producer and author Andy Babiuk. With over thirty years in the music industry, Andy is able to use his expertise to assist his clients in finding the perfect gear to meet their specific needs. And these clients range from a list of Who’s Who in the music industry to the kid down the street who just got their first guitar.
Andy is a world renown expert in the music industry and author of the acclaimed books Beatles Gear, The Story of Paul Bigsby and Rolling Stones Gear. Andy’s expertise is often called upon by major auction houses and museums from around the world. And he’s also a working musician with countless credits as a performer and producer, most notably with his band The Chesterfield Kings and his new band The Empty Hearts featuring Elliot Easton from the Cars, Clem Burke from Blondie and Wally Palmar from the Romantics. General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Fab Gear Reverb - Return Window / General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Upon receipt if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must notify us within 24 hours and we will refund your money as soon as the merchandise is returned to us in the same condition as when shipped in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges (to the customer and back to Fab Gear), insurance and a 7.5% restocking fee for bank fee charges and Reverb sellers fees. Any Guitars returned after the 24-hour Approval Period, and not exceeding more than two weeks, are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee at Fab Gear’s sole discretion. All sales are final after two weeks, no returns, no refunds and no exceptions.
Cancellation Policy
All orders are automatically processed a secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible bank processing fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to sometimes be charged or canceled, we are unable to do it free of charge as Credit Card an Bank fees are not refundable to the seller. Any Credit Card / bank processing fees will be deducted from your refund. We strictly adhere to this cancellation policy.
If you cancel your order or Special Order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued.
If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, or for orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY applicable fees listed above - including shipping, restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees will be charged to your account.
Refund
Buyer receives full refund in their original payment method less all shipping charges and 7.5% restocking fee for bank charges.
