Special holidays only reduction, 1974 Martin D-12-28 is in great playing shape. Had a neck reset in 2012, new pickguard and bridge made, and intonation errors from original manufacture were corrected simultaneously. Plays in tune all over the neck. Set up with light guage strings. This guitar’s voice is a real attention getter. Firm bass, strong midrange, and nothing lacks in treble dept. Huge voice, not jangly to the point of overly busy. Each string course is very unified; the mark of a great sounding 12 string. Finish shows cracquelure, some light scuffs, Stew-Mac endpin, original Grover tuners work fantastic. Slight dings in neck shown in photo.
