The Standard AZ24S1F represents an accessible entryway into Ibanez’s ever-versatile AZ range of instruments. This high-octane 6-string begins with a lively alder body that brandishes a flamboyant flame maple top, and it also features deep dual cutaways for effortless upper-register leads and solos. On the opposite end, the AZ24S1F wears a sleek and stable roasted maple neck and a 305mm-radius jatoba fingerboard, capped with hard-wearing stainless-steel frets. Under the hood, you get two HSS Ibanez Modern Custom pickups, a 5-way switch, and Ibanez’s dyna-MIX10 system with an alter switch. This comprehensive sonic setup tackles everything from modern metal to classic rock to retro blues without batting an eye.
