This set of 6 in line right handed Grover 205 Series Mini Rotomatics Tuners have the attachment screw offset downwards which results in a compact tuner size (as used by Gibson on some of their Firebird and Explorer guitars).

Grover Rotomatics are famous for revolutionising guitar tuners when they were first introduced, improving tuning accuracy, adjustability and durability and these are an improvement still with a 1:18 gear ratio. The sealed tuners are lubricated for life with no maintenance necessary and a threaded collar around the base of the string post for the screw in bushing supports the string post.
