O. C. Guitars ebony wood bridge with brass saddles. equator and many other hollow bodies.

These bridges are handmade from ebony, I use 1/8" x 1/4" brass flat stock for the bridge saddles. Each bridge has 2 30mm saddles. This allows many different string spacings. If you know ur fretboard radius I can file, the brass down for you to match your fretboard or if it’s a compound radius I can match the radius of the bridge you're currently using. If you have ur own radius block you can do it yourself to guarantee a perfect fit. You must supply you own bridge base. As far as stud spacing goes, please just give me the spacing and I will drill out the correct spacing. If you have any questions please let me know. Please see the pictures to see a rough drawing that we can use to make sure the bridge I make for you will match your guitar. I’ve made these bridges for ollandoc, phred, MAXY, equator and gretsch. Once we determine stud spacing and the correct radius of your guitar it take me an afternoon to make the bridge and insert the brass saddles. After it sits overnight I need a second day to sand and polish the brass saddles to the correct radius. I can ship usually within 4 days of you placing an order.
