Domingo Esteso Flamenco 1921 - Catholic Motifs, Insanely COOL!

Okay, this is WITHOUT A DOUBT, the coolest classical guitar I have ever owned. Not only is it made by one of the most highly regarded Flamenco luthiers of all time, but it has a beautiful hand painted Virgin Mary on the headstock from a LONG time ago as well as a very old photo of Jesus on the inside. To me, this is not only a guitar, but a piece of art, and a piece of history. The guitar itself sounds DIVINE. It has that loose, woody and played in tone that cannot be matched by a modern instrument. In addition, it has surprising volume for an instrument from this era. The guitar has had many repairs over its life (see photos) but all have been performed well and are holding nicely.
