Custom designed and crafted double cutaway 1959 Les Paul Jr. style. The body is solid mahogany with a light cherry stain and a poly top coat. It has white pearl pickguard - "Billie Joe Armstrong" style. The body is inlaid with white matte Howlite stones. The hardware is all chrome. It has a volume control and a tone control with CTS pots and Sprague Orange Drop capacitor. There are two chrome dome knobs with white pearl acrylic inlay. It has a Wilkinson modern wrap around bridge. The pickup is a "Lindy Fralin" (made in USA) "Dog Ear" Les Paul Jr. pickup at 8.2 K. The guitar weighs 7 lbs. 2 oz.
The neck is solid mahogany set neck - with the same light cherry stain and poly top coat. It has a rosewood fingerboard - with a 14" radius. The neck has a '59 chunky feel, jumbo frets (.103" x .046"). The gears are Kluson "Revolution" 19:1 gear ratio with white tuner buttons. The headstock has our applied signature "rising stars" in Mother-of-Pearl.
