Pigtronix Gas Giant High-Gain Analog Fuzz/Distortion Pedal Pedal

Say hello to Gas Giant, our new polyphonic, high-gain analog jumbo fuzz pedal with switchable voicing options and a built-in noise gate.

Inspired by 70's transistor-based fuzz pedals, Gas Giant uses quad-matched transistor sets to make sure that you're always dialed into the “sweet spot" no matter the settings you're on.

Gas Giant also features a dual-function Tone control that delivers the traditional bass, top-end and midrange Scoop found in vintage pedals, as well as a midrange-forward Bump setting, a Pigtronix specialty.

These two voicing options drastically change the frequency response of the Tone control, providing gargantuan fuzz tones in a compact 3-knob pedal.

As we know with fuzz pedals, white noise tends to accompany the tremendous gain piled on by the fuzz circuit. This is why Gas Giant features a noise gate, adapted from our Gatekeeper specifically tuned for this pedal.

Gas Giant features True Bypass switching, runs on standard 9VDC power and is pedal board friendly with a current draw of under 100mA.
