Vintage 1960's Atlas Sound BC-1 microphone desk stand / podium bracket adapter w riser # 1

 This is an unused mint condition 1960's / 70's era Atlas BC-1 model bracket adapter for any microphone that needs a stable platform in which to operate. This desirable BC-1 bracket adapter allows you to either mount it via screws to any flat surface or to use the bottom portion of the bracket to use tension to get a stable platform.

 These could be used on tables, podiums or just about any surface available. You can keep the entire BC-1 together or remove the bottom portion as needed. The BC-1 ia an all metal design with practical applications and has the chrome plated 6 inch riser though technically you acn use any chrome riser of any length as needed.

 Pic # 2 shows this very adapter in an old 1960's era Atlas catalog I have. 

 The actual item you will be receiving is what you see in the pics provided and this adapter comes with both the original box and the plastic sleeve that fits over the lower portion of the BC-1.

 The portion includes the painted upper and lower vice portion of the bracket. Neither show any wear at all and function perfectly. The lower portion is adjustable allowing you to mount the BC-1 to any surface of two inches in thickness or less and is held in place via tension from the thumb screw

 To my knowledge Atlas hasn't sold these in decades as I haven't seen any new version of the BC-1. This NOS BC-1 will certainly get the job done and they just never come this nice.

 An awesome harder to find accessory for any older or newer microphone clip or screw on mic and you can attach a longer Atlas Gooseneck if needed for extra height or reach.
