This 2003 Fender Mark Knopfler Stratocaster features a light weight ash body, vintage style tuning machines, tinted '62 C shape maple neck, tinted mint green guard, 5-way switching, and 3 fantastic sounding Texas Special single coil pickups. It’s a truly wonderful example of a Stratocaster.
Body: Ash in Hot Rod Red finish.
Neck: Maple with a Rosewood fingerboard, 25.5” scale length, 1.62” nut width, 21 frets, white dot inlays.
Pickups/Hardware: Fender Texas Special single coil pickups, Fender/Gotoh vintage style tuning keys, American Vintage style synchronized tremolo bridge, white plastic knobs, bone nut.
Cosmetics: This guitar is in great shape. It has very ight surface scratches on the body. The back of the neck is clean, and the frets show minimal wear. The back has very light buckle rash. Overall, this guitar plays very well and sounds fantastic.
Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this instrument with a new set of strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable.
Weight: 7 lbs. 5 oz.
Case: This guitar ships with a hardshell case, professionally packaged, and fully insured.
