For sale is a fantastic Neumann Gefell MV692 + M58 (Omni) Capsule + Original Windscreen. This is an incredible set that you don’t see often.
The original NEUMANN M58 capsule is a huge and open sounding capsule, a perfect companion with the articulate and mid-forward NEUMANN GEFELL MV692. The mic has a bass roll off and -10db attenuation, very useful with an Omni mic. It’s incredible as a kit mic, room mic, mono choir/orchestra mic, and vocal/backing-vocal mic. Yes, vocal mic (for the right singer of course). The windscreen is not only an attention-getter. It is a wind-stopper from any angle.
The mic + capsule are in perfect working order. There are a few imperfections cosmetically as they were used regularly at my (professional & smokeless) studio, but they sound incredible. These mics keep going up in value for a reason.
I will provide an XLR cable adapter, making this mic plug ‘n play with phantom power. Free shipping in the US, international buyers contact me before purchasing or I will cancel the sale.
