Moore Guitars in Evansville Indiana is proud to present to you this amazing new Fender Limited Edition 1954 Roasted Stratocaster Journeyman Relic in Cimarron Red. To celebrate 70 years of the Stratocaster®—the platinum anniversary of the world’s greatest electric guitar—the Fender Custom Shop introduces the Limited Edition Roasted ’54 Stratocaster® Journeyman Relic®. Its two-piece select ash body (with offset seam on the treble side) resonates with singing highs, sweet midrange and tight lows, and wears a sensational Journeyman Relic® lacquer finish in Wide Fade Chocolate Two-Color Sunburst, Natural Blonde, ’55 Desert Tan, Aged Black, Cimarron Red and Aged Desert Sand.

The one-piece roasted quartersawn maple neck is fashioned with a special 70th anniversary Soft “V” profile based on an incredible Strat® neck from July 1954, topped by a 9.5”-radius fingerboard with 21 narrow tall (6105) frets and a 1.625” bone nut. Three Custom Shop hand-wound ’54 Strat® pickups deliver that classic Strat® voice with clear, bell-like highs, routed through vintage '54 Strat® wiring with wax paper cap and five-way switching.

All in all it’s a distinctive combination of 1950s-inspired aesthetics, with other premium features including an eight-hole gold anodized pickguard, 1954-style ABS white pickup covers and control knobs, Custom Shop vintage synchronized tremolo bridge, vintage-style tuners, disc string tree, special 70th Anniversary Stratocaster® neck plate, deluxe embroidered hardshell case, strap and certificate of authenticity.

No buzz.” Our techs are professional guitarists. They understand you.

- In business since 1976! Moore Music has been a premier brick-and-mortar guitar shop in Evansville, Indiana since shortly after opening in 1976. Founder, Pat Moore, instilled in his business the concept of old-school service that we build upon today. When the current owner, Brett Mulzer, took the store online as Moore Guitars in 2013, we quickly developed a reputation for honesty and integrity in all our interactions with our customers. That’s a prime reason why we’re the fastest-growing online guitar shop.

- Old School Customer Service: Nothing is more important than helping a customer even if we don’t make a sale. We believe that if we’re honest with you, and treat you right, you’ll be back. Call us, or chat with us online. We love talking about guitars, and we want to help you find your perfect instrument. Even if it’s not from us.... but we think it will be!

- Our sales staff are all musicians! What’s more important than communication? We speak your language. Whether you’re a beginner or a professional player, we’ve been in your shoes. A lot of aspects of the guitar are intangible, and a non-player just can’t understand. It’s a guitar thing. But we can talk about tone and feel in the same language you use. We know what it means to love an instrument, and we want to help you find your new love.

You should have NO disappointments when you see this guitar and hold it for its first strum! Please call the staff at Moore Guitars if you would like to have a personal “on the phone” description of this guitar. Thank you for looking at our listing!
