Vintage personal headphone amp/preamp designed by Tom Scholz of the band Boston. Scholz Research & Development (SR&D) brings the classic Boston guitar sound to life in a compact unit. The Soloist can be monitored through headphones as well as routed to external amplification or mixer. The Soloist is powered by 8 AA batteries making it great for practicing anywhere or anytime. The Soloist can also be powered by a power adapter specifically designed for the Soloist. (Neither the power adapter or batteries are included in this listing)
