The Ibanez Q54 Headless 6-string electric guitar features a unique headless design built from the ground up to maximize tone, performance and comfort.
Equipped with two custom-designed R1 single coils and a Q58 humbucker, the Q Headless offers a versatile range of tones with creative possibilities that technical players will love. This pickup configuration provides a clearly defined sound, facilitating excellent tonal balance through all frequencies. The lows are powerful without being muddy, and the highs are bright and clear, but never harsh. As a result, every single note within the chord structure is well defined and clearly audible.
The Q54 headless 6-string is also equipped with innovative 8-degree inward slanted frets, uniquely tailored for an ergonomic feel. The Mono tune bridges offer a wide intonation range so that you can easily set the instrument up for tuning down a whole step or even further. Built with a durable roasted maple/bubinga neck, a roasted birdseye maple fingerboard for balance and a nyatoh body, the Q Headless electric is ideal not only for well-versed guitarists, but also those who have never even considered a headless guitar before.
