The Sterling by MusicMan Axis 3S SUB Black electric guitar embodies the classic silhouette of the legendary MusicMan Axis, designed with both aesthetics and performance in mind. This model features a body constructed from hardwood (poplar) with a beautiful maple top, ensuring durability and a stunning appearance. The body and neck are joined using the unique five-bolt MusicMan joint, similar to that found in the Silo 3 series, allowing for seamless access to the upper registers. The meticulous craftsmanship and contours of the body not only enhance playability but also contribute to a refined tonal response that is characteristic of high-quality instruments.

The Axis 3S neck is expertly designed with an asymmetrical profile for comfortable grip and outstanding playability. Featuring a 25.5" scale length and a fingerboard fitted with 22 medium-sized frets, this guitar provides ease of play for musicians at all levels. The high-output Zebra humbuckers are directly mounted to the body, offering a range of tonal versatility with five distinct settings selectable via a five-way switch. This setup allows from bright, chime-like tones when utilizing single-coil configurations to thick, aggressive rock sounds when engaging both humbuckers. Other notable features include:

• Vintage-style tremolo bridge for expressive pitch manipulation
• Individual saddle adjustments for precise tuning and intonation
• Volume and tone controls integrated into the electronic circuitry

This guitar stands out not only for its sonic capabilities but also for its ability to satisfy the aesthetic needs of any musician. The gig bag is sold separately, ensuring you can transport your instrument safely and stylishly.
