Lang LMX-6 1960s - Stanless Steel

You are looking at an extremely rare mixer, the build quality is so amazing.
Freshly refurbished, this unit makes the most of it's headroom by running on +32 volts -32 volts so the preamps are sitting between 64 volts.
I think they did this to give it ultimate headroom, no input pad incorporated, you could surely add padding for loud sources.
It has five channels of microphone pres. each using UTC-01 transformers.
It also has transformer isolated outputs for each of the five channels, these are -26 db, so you will want to run them through outboard gear with some gain, this output will drive 600 ohms so no worry driving an 1176.
The monitor output is selected with the monitor selection knob, it has a level control and goes through a Lang line driver board that is the same as what's used in the Lang PEQ.
the output uses a Freed transformer.
the program output comes from the main faders so you can make a mono mix here.
The fade/direct switch switches the volume pot to the direct output so you can control it output level.
