B-Stock. Why is this B-Stock?

New and never played! Why is this guitar B-Stock?I see a small clear dimple in the clear coat.  Very hard to even find outside the fluorescent light.  I have a close up at the end of the photo stream then after that showing how you cannot find it in normal light at most angles.  You can also see it in one of the full guitar shots.  also now that i am looking at the photos on the computer i see a white spec of dust on the side.  It may just be dust you can wipe off, but just in case i will mention it.   I just think i missed wiping it off the side when i did the photos   I can confirm if you care.      SN:  IM24010288

The “FT” in the LTD EC-201FT stands for “flat top”, and that’s what this is: a great-looking, streamlined EC-style guitar that’s built to rock hard. It offers a mahogany body with traditional set-neck construction at 24.75” scale, along with a thin u-shaped three-piece mahogany neck. The EC-201FT’s roasted jatoba fingerboard features black binding, pearloid block inlays, and 22 extra-jumbo frets. A multi-ply black pickguard adds to the look of this great, value-packed guitar.
