D Z Strad Cello - Model 700 - (4/4) Cello Outfit w/ Case & Bow (Pre-owned)

The Model 700 cello is another beautifully handcrafted example of our figured Maple offerings. This Cello is a finely crafted handmade instrument executed by Silver Award winning luthiers of the Violin Society of America. Made from select, highly figured flamed Maple, this cello features gorgeous tiger-striping throughout its back, ribs, neck and scroll with a tightly grained carved Spruce top.  The oil varnish is hand-rubbed and antiqued to give the instrument an aged, vintage appearance.  These elegantly antiqued cellos have an incredibly even, round tone with a warm, smooth, and focused sound. 

• Tightly-grained carved Spruce top with select, highly figured flamed Maple back, ribs, neck, and hand-carved scroll
• Excellent workmanship with strict attention to detail; perfect for any player
• Fit with heart-shaped Ebony pegs, composite tailpiece, and carbon fiber endpin assembly

This Pre-owned model 700 cello has a crack by the f-hole on the treble side. It is a very minor crack and was expertly repaired by our luthier. Please see the pictures for more details.
