A near mint and extremely rare 1999 Hamer 25th Anniversary Sterling Silver Edition Artist! Serial number 950044 and 11 of 25 – die-stamped on peghead rear and engraved on the sterling silver control cavity cover plate. This guitar is cosmetically and structurally in near-mint condition! You will never see another one like this! The combination lock on the case has never even been set!

This instrument conforms to the typical specifications of the model for the period in which it was made with double-cutaway thinline semi-hollow archtop mahogany body, one bound f-hole on the bass-side, transparent red finish over a stunning flamed maple top, tune-o-matic style bridge with stop-bar style tailpiece.

A beautifully flamed carved maple top, mahogany body and neck, ivoroid bound top, fingerboard and peghead face all with sterling silver purfling! Unbelievable!

Two Seymour Duncan “Custom” and “Pearly Gates” humbucking pickups with metal covers and black plastic mounting rings, three “bonnet style” black plastic control knobs that actually go to 11!

A three-position toggle-type pickup selector switch, solid sterling-silver control cavity cover plate with hand-engraved floral-motif decoration and “Anniversary 25 Edition /25” logo, mahogany neck with adjustable truss-rod, “center dip” style peghead with mother-of-pearl “Hamer” logo inlay, chrome-plated Grover Rotomatic tuners with “kidney bean shape” metal buttons, solid sterling-silver truss-rod cover with hand-engraved floral-motif decoration and “25” logo, 22-fret ebony fingerboard with mother-of-pearl “crown shape” inlays and single-ply ivoroid edge binding, and triple-ply white/black/white edge binding on peghead and body top.
