Unlike Ludwig's P88AC, the P88I’s snare tension adjustment can be fine-tuned while the snares are engaged in the "on" position. This P88I snare throw-off is designed to mount on most Ludwig imported snare drums and any other brand snare using 2.5" mounting screw centers and can replace P-85 or P-86 throw-offs as it fits the same mounting hole pattern. The included P35P butt can replace a P-33 die-cast butt and mounts on a 1 13/16" hole spacing. Mounting screws included.
