This Fender Custom Shop creation, specially crafted for Alto Music, is based on the dual “single-coil” version of Telecaster Thinline. Despite its initially short production run (68 to 71), Fender’s original semi-hollow Telecaster exploded in popularity as re-issued versions of the rare collector's item returned to the Fender Catalog. Now available in limited numbers from Alto Music, the late '60s classic is reborn with vintage accuracy and contemporary player enhancements.

Factory-aged to Fender Journeyman level relic treatment for comfortable broken-in playability and the looks of a carefully handled vintage classic that’s been played as much as admired. Guitarists seeking an authentic vintage feel and modern performance will love the '60s oval “C” slim-tapered maple neck—riff-sawn for stability, with an extra-thin “unfinished” back for smooth playability.
