From 1983, a Yamaha Recording Custom Kit (Birch) in super RARE Mellow Yellow (Some Catalogs list color as Canary Yellow). Standard depths.

22x14" Bass Drum (ships with different batter head than the one shown).

15x13, 13x9, 12x8, 10x8 rack toms (pre-Yess mounts).

Very Good Condition, Chrome is almost mint. The LED lighting in the pics don't do the finish justice. Paint is Very good, most nicks are in the 2 typical spots: the bass drum hoops and the back of the 10" tom (from snare rash), but even those are minor. This kit is 40+ years old and I can't confirm it wasn't repainted or clear coated at some point, but if it was then it it was done by someone who really knew how because it looks factory finish to me. My guess is that this has always been a studio kit without much time on the live scene.

The insides look mint. The 13" is missing the "dummy" 2nd badge and interestingly its interior is the Yamaha black instead of the cherry like the others so I'm guessing that one was added later.

Drums for sale only, no hardware.

This is an amazing sounding kit, one of the best recording kits ever.
