Retaining the great harmonic overtones and the mid range open vocal character of true single coils for your unwound strings (E, B, G) and fattening up your wound strings (D, A, E), makes the Cruiser Bridge a wonderful way to shape your strat guitar tone without completely breaking the mould. This pickup is designed to free your guitar tone of the dreaded 60 cycle hum, greatly increase its sustain all while adding character to your notes. Having a total magnet pull that's about 40 % less than standard single coils also means The Cruiser can be adjusted much closer to the strings for more power than your stock pickups can achieve.

It’s hotter than a traditional single coil, and the bass strings have a bit more chunk, which makes it an excellent pickup to combine with medium output humbuckers. It also maintains its rich character when ran through high gain amps and multiple effects. You'll also enjoy a lack of string dropouts during play, which single coil pickups are notorious for. The last thing you want is hum or dropouts on your new recording.

This pickup also features the quick connect system, allowing you to speedily swap out and trial different pickups in your quick connected guitar. Recommended for all positions, bridge position with lower output models in neck and middle, or neck and middle position with a higher output bridge pickup or full size humbucker.
