For sale a Fuzz Face clone that I handmade and painted. This is n.3 out of three.
Transistors are Telefunken AC151 and Siemens AC121, ERO KT1800 output cap, vintage resistors and Sprague Littlelytics electrolytics.
I added a power switch to disconnect battery when pedals is not in use and thermal stabilizing diodes. I also inverted the position of the two Q2 collector resistors in order to give the pedal more output leaving the electronico configuration unaltered.
It sound big and smooth, more like an Eric Johnson type FF than a misbiased and velcro sound one. It cleans up nicely turning down guitar volume, as any FF should do.
