This one hurts to let go of, but it's time.
I purchased this MIJ RG7621 used in 2007. I've put many, many hours into this thing, learning more than my fair share of Dream Theater riffs and such on it. It played a few shows, was a regular at rehearsal sessions and was recorded with a ton.
Made in 1999, it has its fair share of wear and tear: It's got dings, scratches, and all sorts of patina you'd expect a 25-year old guitar to have. Most notably: there's a particularly unique finish aberration near a dent south of the bridge that looks like a smudge, but won't come off. (I assume spirits have inhabited this guitar, and after hours spent communing with it, I assure you they're friendly).
Everything but the oversized strap buttons are original parts, including the DiMarzio stock pickups.
This was my first 7 string and has been with me since I was a teenager. Hurts to see this one go, but it's time for it to move on and bring you hours of low-tuned bliss. Farewell, sweet child.
