I'm selling this 6-string Yamaha bass, John Myung signature, from Dream Theater, heavily modified.
It's been with me for a long time, and I feel like trying out other things.
Mods:
- Fret removal: now fretless with the holes filled with putty and wooden strips to give it a "wave" effect.
- Steampunk-style repaint.
- Delano quad coil pickup.
- Nordstrand two-band electronics with a 3-way switch for the pickup (single, parallel, and series).
- Gold Gotoh tuners.
- ABM bridge.
