GIBSON usa PAF reissue cover

Here's a 2003 Gibson Custom Shop nickel pickup cover (for a standard size PAF).  I bought a bunch of covers and other parts in a lot, at one of the Gibson Custom Shop garage sales that they used to have, via a friend of mine who worked at the Custom Shop in that era.  

This type of cover was Gibson's version of a vintage PAF nickel cover at that time. It was actually one of their more successful PAF reissue covers, with the rounder corners and flatter top.

This one has a ding in one edge, some handling marks, and a shadow in the plating, which you can see in some of the pics. With strings on the guitar, and some play wear added by the buyer, it shouldn't be visible.

This cover was a warranty pull or was not used by the company. Possibly becasue someone dinged it during installation, as there is almost no solder on the inside. Anyway, aside from the named cosmetic issues...it is a cool looking relic cover with better PAF features than many of he reissues.
